I have created a Parameter on a report. The data is coming from a history table that is large. If I choose range or discrete values the data populates right away. If I choose multiple values and then add values from the list the data never populates and task manager indicates Crystal Reports is not responding. I have let the report run for up to 2 hours. Any suggestions?

Crystal reports-2008 closing while connecting to BW server
Hi Experts, we are trying to create a new crystal report using crystal reports-2008 crystal reports getting closed while creating the new report FILE--new--standard report and entered credentials of BW server. after clicking on finish button getting following error and getting closed.

Grouping an Array
Hi All
I'm trying to create an array and fill it with:
The current Month / Year (eg Feb/16)
The following 11 Months / Year (eg Mar/16, Apr/16.......Jan/17)
I then want to create a group based on this array.
If this is possible could somebody please point me in the right direction as everything I've tried so far hasn't worked.

Crystal Report to PDF Accessibility issue
I have an Accessibility compliance issue in PDF documents which have been exported from Crystal Report.
I have searched through the SAP community Network and found a thread (http://scn.sap.com/thread/3762542) which described the same issue.
However, there were no answers at the end of the thread except a comment to send the query to accessibility@sap.com.
My question is does Crystal Report now support the accessibility features when exported to PDF?
If so, from what version onward?

RTF vs HTML
Taking into consideration the types of Crystal Reports interpretations, Rich Text Format (RTF) and HyperText Markup Language (HTML), which option offers greater support and why?
I could see that Crystal Reports does not support :
<p style = "text-align: justify;"> ... </ p>
The text is not justified!
But after converting this code to RTF:

Pulling field if date = last date
Hello, it's me again! 
I have a report that is pulling data similar to this:
Client A
Date1 Amount 1
Client B
Date 1 Amount 1
Date 2 Amount 2
Client C
Date 1 Amount 1
What I would like to pull is the latest date in the row (I accomplished this by showing a Max Summary of that field) and the Amount that matches that date. So essentially in my example, I would pull Date 2, and Amount 2, but the rest would be Date 1 and Amount 1 because that is their latest. Does this make sense?

Unable to run the Crystal report from CMC

How to remove fields repetition
Hello,
I want to create a report for student’s marks sheet. I have created a sub report, in which there are three fields st_id, name , fname. There are duplicate values which I removed by (Suppress if Duplicate) option. But the heading of the fields are still repeating. How can I solve this issue? Please help me.

Crystal Report XI R2 is it available somewhere?
Hi gurus, please help me:
In the following market place link https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000867982010 it says that if I need to request a full build of XIR2 I should do some steps in order to get a full build.
My question is if this steps applies also to obtain a Crystal reports XI R2 version, or does it work just for downloading other business objects products?

Arrays evaluation
Hi,
I'm cleaning up a mess of a report that gives inconsistant data.
At this time I'm adding WhilePrintingRecords to all formulas that I think might benefit.
One thing I notice is that there are several Arrays set up, and some use WhileReadingRecords, and some use WhilePrintingRecords.
Logic would suggest to me that WhileReading makes more sense, but I'm uncertain how these would affect the formula.
Can anyone comment or point me to a resource that can guide me on when these evaluation statements are most properly used?

Crystal report formula
Good Morning,
I am trying to create a formula that will calculate re-admissions in my hospital A readmission is defined as an admission that occurs less than 30 days from the original admission. I was thinking of a formula to display If the difference between 2 admission date fields then readmission else no re-admission. Can someone help me out?

Groups containing SubReports and Fields
It appears that if I have a Group that contains a SubReport that Fields (outside of the subreport) are not displayed.
For example:
Group #1:DataTable.Field1 - [Field1] {SUBREPORT}
The subreport displayes properly but the Field1 does not display.
Is this normal or am I doing something wrong

Issue with SAP Dashboard software not compatible with MS 2013
I am re-installing the SAP Dashboard software (purchase 10/2014) as I got a new hard drive. In the process of installing, I come across an issue saying that my Excel should be 32bit and it is. I later on found out from my support team that the SAP Dashboard version that I'm installing is not compatible with MS Office 2013. Is there a patch to fix this problem or should I get an upgraded software version?

Same Invoice # but Different Vendor
For our T&E check disbursements, we put the invoice number as the same date in which they will be paid. So it results in a list like this:
So in this case, everyone's T&E check that was cut for January 7th is showing up under each person. Is this a grouping problem or something with the table links....or something else? Thank you!

add fields to table CR
Hi,
How can i add fields in a A/R Sales Quotation (Item) - CR (MX) (System), i mean the system show all the used tables, one of those is QUT1 and i need oumcode and a user field.
It is possible add those fields only to the table without remove the table?
If remove the table and assign again erease all the fields (about QUT1) in CR template.

Looking for a formula on a report
Hi,
Screwy report redux.
I have a formula defined - "@cutouts" - that I cannot find on my report, but there are three Summaries of this formula.
If I export the Report Definition, it shows "# of cutouts" in the Page Header (line 355) and three "Sum({@cutouts})"
in the Footers 3, 2, and 1 (lines 634, 750, and 827)
When I run the report, real numbers come up in the Summaries.
How is it possible that I can't "see" the actual "@cutouts"?
